Although the antenna network developed by the test ship is small in size, it has huge energy. The signals of more than ten antennas on the whole test ship must be transmitted through the antenna network, and the accurate positioning and precise navigation of the test ship in space require the accurate transmission of the antenna, which is equivalent to the "eyes" of the test ship. The two-way interoperability of the communication and measurement and control signal transmission channels between the test ship and the ground ensures that the test ship arrives at the predetermined position accurately and provides an important guarantee for smooth operation.
When the new-generation manned spacecraft test ship enters the predetermined flight orbit, the relay terminal will capture and track the relay satellite and send data to the relay satellite to establish a data transmission link from the test ship to the relay satellite and then to the ground station. During the operation of the test ship, the space-based measurement and control communication system built by the relay terminal can transmit the relevant data of the test ship to the ground and receive the relevant data uploaded from the ground, which is equivalent to the "ears" of the test ship.
Compared with previous spacecraft missions, in this mission, Xi'an Branch of the Fifth Space Academy made a breakthrough in the anti-interference key technology of communication affected by the single-particle effect in space in the large elliptical orbit between the perigee and apogee at an altitude of about 300 to 18,000 kilometres. Successfully mastered, the ground can also be injected through the relay terminal remote control, programme control data, to achieve the remote control of the test ship as well as the spacecraft's operating speed, distance, angle and other information for real-time downlink smooth and other core technologies. The successful implementation of the flight verification of the test ship will be a leapfrog development for the development of China's new-generation manned spacecraft to realise China's manned round-trip transport technology from running behind to running in parallel and leading.
